Arizona's wedding industry soared to new heights on May 28, 2025, as Arizona Bride hosted its annual Best of Awards at The Scottsdale Resort & Spa. Honoring the top creatives, designers, planners, and wedding pros in the state, the event embraced the national 2025 theme—The Sky's the Limit—with a celestial, color-drenched celebration from sunset to starlight.
Guests arrived to a dreamy VIP cocktail hour staged by Soul Agave on the resort's lush lawn, transformed with flowing white draping from Bright Event Rentals, cloud-like floral clusters by Petal Kissed Rentals, and lounges by Prim Rentals, Bright Event Rentals and Epic Party Team. Signature cocktails activations were provided by Liquid Caterers in front of a whimsical bar designed by Prim Rentals, while Wyndzy filled the air with fresh scent notes. Floridino's passed around \ their famous pizza muffins. Deco Ink Designs and Spindles Design Co set the tone with a sculptural photo moment and signage that blended sky elements with modern design. Guests indulged in a custom glitter-bomb cocktail by The Glitter Lab, enjoyed charcuterie and posed in front of the gallery wall. Before the awards, attendees enjoyed a touch-up lip bar by Beauty by Emily AZ to compliment their best of look.
As the sun set, the ballroom opened to reveal an awards presentation filled with color and texture. Glamorous gowns from True Society Phoenix, Essense of Australia, All Who Wander and Martina Liana hung overhead in the hallway as guests entered. Bold sunset hues like tangerine, amethyst and gold swept across the linens by BBJ La Tavola, while lush florals by Snapdragon Bloom Bar arranged with blooms from Mayesh Wholesale, echoed the vibrancy of the desert. Soul Agave's thoughtful design continued with table numbers by Valley Girl Bachelorette, tabletops by The Confetti Studio, and sculptural lounges from Epic Party Team and Prim Rentals.
An opening video by Brette Morgan Films kicked off the ceremony, hosted on a dramatic stage by Bright Event Rentals and Divinity Event Productions, who also handled lighting and AV. Jonathan Allison Photography and Ryann Lindsey Photography captured every moment, with film by Royal Films, Laura Helton, and VIP creatives Camryn Bradshaw Films and Kyle Hustis. The Iron Diamond Media team—including Arizona Bride's Publisher (Brittany O'Neill), Editor-in-Chief (Chelsea Gibson) and CEO (Sonja Babich)—looked stunning thanks to hair and makeup by Le Beige Beauty.
The celebration continued with a high-energy after-party set across indoor-outdoor spaces. Guests danced under the stars and on a glow-up dance floor by Divinity Event Productions, while DJs from GME Event Group kept the energy high. Entertainment included interactive performers from Sunflower King and Pearl Creative Entertainment, live saxophone, aura readings by You Aura Star and tarot sessions by Divine Mystic Zainab. Haus of Artistry offered fine-line tattoos, adding a personal (and permanent!) touch to the night. Guests recharged with late-night bites Gilded Gatherings, Creative Hands Cuisine and FFTK Catering. Desserts by A.Cakes, Artful Sweets, Amour De Sucre and Arizona Homegrown Experience.
From start to finish, the night was a tribute to Arizona's brightest talent—an evening of celebration, creativity and connection that reminded us all: the sky truly is the limit.
