Details, Details: Bold Colors & Patterns at Enchantment Resort

Long gone are the days when reception tables would feature simple white plates and perhaps a pop of color from the napkins. Tabletops are now a moment in and of themselves. From daring linens to unexpected elements, unconventional florals and high-end rentals—nothing is off the table.

When designing the tablescape for an intimate soirée in Sedona, The Indigo Bride team gleaned inspiration from the scenic surroundings: “We started with a color scheme that complemented the natural landscape, incorporating pinks, teal, dark green, terracotta and red,” says Bree Johnson of The Indigo Bride. “We were drawn to a Jungalow lounge aesthetic, which blends tropical elements with cozy vibes. Think bold colors, lots of plants and mixed patterns. At the same time, we wanted to introduce a sultry nighttime lounge feel.”

Jungalow-inspired linens, agave ghost chairs and low lamp lighting helped set the tone, along with vibrant floral arrangements and Casa De Perrin table settings. Every detail of the eclectic tablescape recalled the theme, including the sienna- rimmed rattan chargers, terracotta ceramic dinner plates, teal hand-painted salad plates, mixed glassware, gold flatware and velvet cerise napkins. Variations of hurricanes held candlelight and squiggle-shaped menus accented with a darling tassel finished the look.
