Classic Wedding With Rustic Flair and Yellow Accents At Shenandoah Mill

For high school sweethearts Harley Ewell and Jason Jenkins, three and a half years of dating led up to a scenic horseback ride in Prescott— and a proposal. Fast forward five months: The couple wed in Gilbert with a soirée that was a little bit old school and a little bit Western. The bridesmaids donned yellow dresses recalling the iconic “How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days” stunner. For their bouquets, the ladies gathered flowers the day before the wedding to craft their own posies of chamomile, roses and eucalyptus with stems from Trader Joe’s. Other memorable moments of the day were the couple feeding each other donuts in lieu of cake, and the bride gifting her groom a collection of letters to her future husband that she composed since they met in high school.
