Inspired by Cupid's Garden, an imaginative vendor team designed Rachel and Taylor's faux wedding at Wrigley Mansion, which began along a terracotta-tiled staircase framed by lush floral pillars. As our bride would descend, she would create a very ethereal entrance, moving from the terrace above into view. After her entrance, guests' eyes would be drawn to rich red anthuriums, soft green hydrangea and cascading amaranthus forming an ardent, romantic palette. These florals would spill across a serpentine tablescape in ikebana fashion, transitioning naturally from ceremony to reception. Candlelight, moss, plum branches and fruit would layer the tablescape, balancing organic, sculptural and dreamy elements. Our bride's gown matched the drama with a cat-eye bodice, ballgown silhouette and lace-detailed veil with a romantic blusher. Our groom's classic black tuxedo provided a clean contrast to the surrounding whimsy. With winding florals, the dramatic staircase entrance and a dreamy garden tablescape, the day truly felt like a midsummer night's dream.
A sharp team of vendors brought Cupid's Garden to life with sculptural florals, a dramatic staircase entrance and a bold color palette.
