A buzzing medical staffing office in Omaha set the scene for Maggie Hammer and Jake Goltl to fall in love. It was 2017, and Jake, the charming intern, couldn't help but notice Maggie, a spirited nurse recruiter who was just as taken with him. Their romance was a slow burn, "given we worked in the same place, we needed to take things slow and see if our feelings were real," as Maggie recalls, "but after a few months of dating, we knew it was a forever thing." "November is one of the best times of the year in Arizona, so the weather was perfect for this all-outdoor occasion," shares their planning team. The ceremony unfolded on the lush lawn framed by an arch of white florals. Following heartfelt vows, the celebration shifted to a lively cocktail hour, complete with an adorable beer burro, leading into an alfresco dinner ensconced in candlelight. The night progressed with tons of lively dancing facilitated by their incredible DJ. Maggie's advice to other couples is practical: "When it comes to hiring vendors, do your research and hire those that you bond with."
