Sometimes the biggest smiles show up at the smallest weddings. Carlie Rouse and Jeremy Deadman are proof. The couple decided on a very intimate courthouse wedding at City Hall in Phoenix with only a couple of their closest friends in attendance. Their nontraditional wedding was something out of the ordinary for Carlie, a professional wedding planner. Despite it being a small celebration, the couple included many intentional details. Carlie wore a short, strapless white dress from BHLDN with a flirty and fun white bow as well as a veil with pearl details, also from Anthropologie’s BHLDN line. She carried a bouquet created by Allison of Array Design. The couple’s custom rings were designed by Brent at House of Diamonds, and Nataliya, owner of Le Beige Beauty, did Carlie’s hair and makeup. After their nuptials and a whirlwind of photo-taking, the couple headed off to celebrate at local speakeasy Rough Rider, where photographer Heidi Elyse captured more memories, this time of Carlie and Jeremy diving into their custom heart-shaped cake from aBakeshop while they sipped old fashioneds.
