The Arizona Biltmore requires all weddings to be supported by a resort-approved professional wedding coordinator (at minimum, a day-of coordinator). A dedicated on-site catering and conference services team supports each event, ensuring continuity from planning through execution. The resort maintains a preferred vendor list, and couples who choose from it receive select planning incentives or preferred pricing considerations.
Menu selections are submitted to your dedicated Catering Manager at least four weeks in advance, with custom menus available through direct consultation.
